Kelly Lewis was fantastic! So, let me tell you what I learned. You can have more than one policy on the same vehicle! Who knew?! I sure didn't when I received a discount deal for a new quote from Liberty Mutual. Since I hadn't checked my rates in several years, and wanted to add Renters Insurance, I figured I would go through the process.. To Liberty Mutual's credit, it was seamless. So seamless, I just assumed that by auto-filling a lot of my information, I was in the process of updating and REPLACING my auto insurance policy. I, however, just basically duplicated it and now was stuck with two of the same policies on the same vehicle with two wildly different premiums.. In comes Kelly to save the day! When we connected she put my mind at ease insisting everything was under control and we'd nip this dupe policy in the bud. She was able to review the coverages I selected, making sure they were the best choices for me, as well as go over my Renters insurance policy and the questions I had there. Kelly corrected all of the policies, added the Renters insurance, and was able to provide some form of credit for the cancelled plan while avoiding a lapse in coverage throughout. Thank you Kelly!
