        Primo as a chain is known for good, simple, high quality food. This location is no different. And while the staff is very friendly, I have now had at least three separate experiences where the orders were incorrect. These are egregious things like putting on a huge pile of onion to a sandwich that was ordered with no onion. It is not simply a matter of taking it off either, because onion is an extremely strong odor and flavor that permeates everything it touches. In addition, they tend to forget a lot of things like putting chips in the bag, drinks, or including things like pickles etc. I usually order from here when I go to my parents house as they live nearby, and the order is usually for four or five people. Each order has on average three to five very noticeable mistakes, which is unfortunate because it is otherwise good food. Which is unfortunate because it is otherwise good food.
