Management: The manager, Erica, is utterly useless and incapable of handling even the simplest requests. Lack of responsibility regarding the return of the security deposit a delay of 2 months with no explanation. Security deposit returned $300 less than owed, with no provided explanation. Ignoring tenant emails and requests complete unprofessionalism. Amenities: Additional costs for pool and gym - $175 annually, disproportionately low quality of services. The pool resembles a crowded bacterial bath with dirty water and an unpleasant odor. The gym is minuscule in size, with most equipment non-functional. Atmosphere and Neighbors: Majority of neighbors engage in drug use, creating an unsafe and unpleasant environment. Frequent police visits and the smell of marijuana make living here uncomfortable and unsettling. Living Conditions: Hygiene issues and rodent infestation two mice were found in the kitchen, to which management responded with the phrase "Well, it's a residential building, these things happen." In conclusion, staying at Winchester Walk Apartments proved to be a complete disappointment. It's impossible to recommend this place to anyone. Management shows complete indifference to the comfort and safety of tenants, while the amenities and atmosphere leave much to be desired.

Winchester Walk is absolutely amazing I love living here. It's quiet, the grounds are clean at all times. Maintenance is always very pleasant and responses to maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. They also speak everytime they see me and my family. Most of all Erica the office manager is very attentive with all needs and very sweet. I am very understanding that I am not the only tenant but Erica she always responds no matter what to all my needs and concerns. Keep up the great work team!

The move in was easy. Management helped make everything easy.

Moved here about two weeks ago and so far everything is good! No loud noise after a certain hour, seems the tenants that live here have common sense and respect. Also, Erica is amazing! Definitely made the process of moving in very pleasant, shes very communicative and Id recommend speaking to her if youre thinking about making this your home!
