My husband and I were finally ready to trade in our iPhone X models for the iPhone 15. He also wanted to get off AT&T and onto my Verizon plan so we could have a family plan. Q (Quenton) was awesome as he helped us through the process. We picked out our new phones and he explained to us the process of insuring the phones and the trade in value. He carefully put the new cases and covers on our new phones (meticulously getting the air bubbles and dust out from under the cover). I had to go to the Jefferson IT office for about half an hour while my husbands phone data transferred and he and Q just had a nice conversation. Qs gave us excellent customer service and we are planning to go back to this location when we switch our cable plan from Comcast to Verizon FiOS PS Q deserves a bonus or raise
