All around a disappointing experience. Wi-Fi network wasn't available, front door entry is terrible, didn't have control of the heating/cooling in my unit, bright LED light flashing all night in the bedroom from the ceiling, no real cooking items (yes, there's a knife, but no cutting board. no wine opener. just enough silverware for one meal). We didn't have shower gel in the bathroom (empty bottle was left for us), we had minimal toilet paper, kleenex, and paper towel and ran out, we complained to customer service and never got a follow-up after their initial outreach (which was just to put tape on the ceiling over the flashing light). The fan in the bathroom was stuck on and ran loudly 24/7. All around, this was a terrible experience. We stayed in Denver and it was an amazing experience, but looks like Denver has dropped from Mint House. If this is emblematic of what Mint House now offers, we'll go back to staying at AirBNBs. Would not recommend.

Like other reviewers, I booked a room for a concert at a reasonable price. Now that there's no affordable options left, they're trying to cancel my reservation, forcing me to choose a more expensive option. I'm assuming they're doing this to then relist the room at a higher rate. BUYER BEWARE. You might be left without accommodates at last-minute. Thankfully, my booking is through Airbnb who is helping me to resolve, but these sneaky Mint House people are trying to get me to cancel instead of them canceling on their end so they don't get dinged on their Airbnb account. As I said, BUYER BEWARE. EDIT: Airbnb helped me cancelled my reservation. Mint House had said the reason they needed to cancel was that they are no longer operating this location, but when I look at their own website, it is still completely bookable - it's only sold out for the night I'm staying. So they're 100% trying to get a higher price. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and don't think businesses like Airbnb should continue to work with these cheats/scammers.

Staying at that hotel was the most dreadful experience I've ever had. There was no reception, and it took us 35 minutes to finally access our room, which had a repulsive odor. As a consequence, my girlfriend fell ill throughout our entire stay. When we checked out promptly, we left our bags by the door and rushed to the hospital. Shockingly, the hotel had the audacity to charge us $150 for a late check-out, despite our repeated attempts to contact them and speaking with five different people over the phone. I strongly advise you to avoid staying there under any circumstances; it's not worth it!
