They revamped the front of the store, and it is definitely more appealing. However, this does not make up for the constant errors when making our order. We've ordered from here many times and usually never had an issue, but the past 2 orders have been incredibly incorrect. First, my husband ordered an Italian hoagie with extra mayo, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, salt, pepper, and oregano. What he received was a ham sandwich, no cheese, lettuce, peppers, and pickles. Called the store. The woman remembered me and was told it was a mixup and the manager might contact me but the woman was putting in a complete refund. Never received the phone call or the refund. The other day, my husband ordered a turkey Diablo for lunch and we were going to split a Chicken Supremo later in the day. While there was no issue with the Diablo, the supremo had slices of ham instead of the chicken we ordered. I did not call again. My husband and I agreed, with heavy hearts, we were just done with this store from now on. Parking: On street parking on a very busy street in downtown Philadelphia Wheelchair accessibility: This is not wheelchair accessible as it has 2 steps to get into the building and a sharp turn in a narrow hallway.
