My granddaughter called for clogged toilet. Plumber came, said the piece inside the back was broken went to HomeDepot that took 45 minutes came back replaced that part. Explained that the toilet is clogged he got the auger and did that for five minutes and said you need a new toilet and charged me 394.00. For what. Told us if he did anymore it would cost more. I see your reply. What was the misunderstanding. He replaced a part that cost probably $25 dollars that took him 15 to do. In all he worked for max 25 minutes. Why was I charged $394? What is your hourly rate?

They came out and fixed my clogged main line. They came quickly on the same day I called. Worked efficiently and professionally. The plumber was professional and pleasant. He answered my questions when I was confused why he was doing certain things and didnt make me feel bad for asking. They had to leave the job to get a special tool for the job, but came back promptly and finished the work. I wouldnt call them cheap but I think the price is average and fair for the service provided. Id recommend them to a friend and call them again if I need a plumber an again (hopefully not for a long time!).

I'm a property manager and they are some of the best contractors I have worked with. April was very prompt with picking up phone call (even picking up as late as 9pm) while Q got the job done promptly and correct. I had my entire line from the house to the sewer replaced. I would definitely work with them again.
