Dr. Dylan Payne is the absolute worst psychologist ive encountered in the 30 years ive been on this planet. Being honest and accountable with him has done nothing but cause medication issues and errors. he double books his appointments and cancels life sustaining medication with no tapers. refers you to the emergency room where he is resident psychiatrist, so he can charge your insurance for transport to another hospital, as well as he will not give you a definitive diagnosis even as an established patient.

Writing this because they need to get on the same page with Jefferson hospital. It is not a good time to have to get a psych evaluation in the emergency room, but its not a shameful thing and sometimes needs done. The counselor at the ER told me to call them, and almost sort of scoffed when I told her I couldnt find somewhere to fit me in. I felt like she was assuming I wasnt trying. So today I called them like she suggested. First they said they needed to call me back after figuring out my insurance. Fine, no problem. Didnt hear back so I called them back, only for them to tell me they couldnt take me as theyre not accepting new patients. Just a frustrating waste of time.

The staff is not friendly and the nurses lack in compassion. I had never been to a practice that treats patients as poorly as what I experienced there.

I had my first diagnosis of psychotic illness there. I became a painter because they made me paint during art therapy. I'm so grateful . The staff is really kind and thoughtful and the food is not so bad..

Amazing team ! Only choosing here if I ever feel the need for inpatient again ! Brooke & James & Melody- u r wonderful , compassionate nurses. Esp u James, you're the best . I only feel the need to write a review after I went through hell on earth at excella health in Greensburg to let you guys know how wonderful u r! Excella cut me off meds with no taper and put me on meds I had no business being on. Jefferson is the best ! Love u guys Jackie D.
