Relocation from one house to another is difficult as is. But relocating from another STATE is a daunting task! It is crucially important to have a reliable source who can manage the entire transaction to its successful completion! Im fortunate to have found Ahmed Islam in York, Pennsylvania. My brother-in-law recommended this realtor who is responsible, reliable and always accessible by phone or text. I worked with Ahmed from a few hundred miles away until the settlement date of my new home. The home my relatives liked was a For Sale By Owner. Ahmed scheduled the appointment with the seller and that was the only time I ever came to York until my settlement date! He updated me regularly with the transactions progress. He scheduled the inspection, negotiated with the seller, kept in touch with my extremely difficult out-of state lender (which was tedious to say the least!), and kept me updated with each and every small and large attention to detail. It always felt good to reach a reliable and knowledgeable professional on the other end of the line. With 2 young children, it was almost impossible for me to travel for 4 hours. Ahmed was my confidant in York and the only other time I saw him was after 2 months on our settlement date.
