After I called a couple hours later, Mr. Jack Steiner and his son came in my house and they fixed my faucet and shower head very quickly. I really appreciated Mr. Jack Steiner and his son's work.

Jack Steiner and his son installed a new gas furnace and hot water heater in our home. They were incredibly professional, detail oriented, and thoughtful. It’s obvious that they care a lot about what they do and I’d highly recommend them for HVAC / plumbing services.

Jack Steiner admittedly installed a defective water pump over 4 months ago. He does not return phone calls and has not replaced the pump. There is virtually no water pressure without a pump so this has been a major problem. He knows this yet refuses return calls or replace the pump. I have nothing but distain for him and his business. Almost a year later no satisfaction. He has resorted to lies and will not return my money or fix the problem.

Jack Steiner is the only contractor I'll call for my heating/AC/plumbing needs and his service is outstanding. Jack and and now his son have been helping me for years and I highly recommend!
