I put in a request at noon to have my toilet repaired. When I came home at 3:00 the repairs were already made. So pleased with the results and speed in which it was handled

I love the security and the people. I just wish we could get new turf in dog park or clean it. My dog and others would love to play but it is dirty.

Toilet clogged on Good Friday. I put in a work order but no one was around to fix it so I spent all day getting it unclogged. It was listed as fixed on Sunday even though maintenance didnt show up until the Monday, the next work day. Had a stink bug infiltration. I even captured them in a plastic container and physically reported this to the office . Nothing was done until I filled out a maintenance request. I was never told to fill one out. Barking dogs, inside AND outside the building. Thankfully the inside dog moved away. The elevator broke down twice within a year, the second time with me on it. It took eight fireman and two fire trucks to get me out. I havent been on an elevator since. You can clearly hear the plumbing of my next door neighbor, as I am sure he can he mine also. Constant truck traffic through the parking lot. Multiple problems with the rent payment system. I was hit with a $133 monthly payment increase and given 9 days to sign a new yearly lease. My apt is above the exercise room and every time a weight is dropped the bang reverberates throughout my apt. I lifted weights for 40 years until my third shoulder operation and never dropped a weight in my life! I went down and asked them not to drop them, to lay them down, but obviously I was ignored. More than once the trash chutes were out of order Loss of hot water in the shower. This is my 4th apartment in the last 16 years but the first where I was hit with a $130/month increase and then given 9 days to sign a lease. Now its another $50 increase. Website says you can pay rent by credit card, but you cant. Loud music out of apt 216 after 10pm Smoke alarm goes off when Im cooking and theres NO smoke! Occupants in 216 burning food or cooking late at night with garlic. I had to leave my apartment this morning because I couldnt breathe. I came back 1 hours later and it still stinks. I had to open my windows in 45 degree weather. I recently received an email saying that I was required to use Redtail's company insurance when I renewed my lease for 2023. I was NEVER notified of this at the time so I never cancelled my own insurance. When I questioned the new charge on my bill I could not get a straight answer of what the charge was for. Therefore I wound up paying 2 times over for my renter's insurance.
