Nice and chill spot to grab a bite on the west Chester strip. Given many restaurants either take reservations that book up super quickly or some that do not take reservations at all, we tried here since it took reservations and was open. Id say it was worth it and beat my expectations.

Went for dinner with my girlfriend a few nights ago. We were seated right away and our server introduced himself as new. He did a great job! Not only that but our food came out within 15 minutes of ordering. I got the Smoked Salmon BLT which was super tasty and she got the All American burger which she said was delicious. The food is fresh and comes out warm. It was a quick experience, however, did not feel rushed. The restaurant also has an appealing atmosphere!

One of you girl servers here was very, rude, racist and unprofessional towards me. Im an Amazon delivery driver. (African American) I came to deliver 2 packages. No one was at the serve podium, so I walked up to the bar where I spotted a worker, she was doing nothing. She saw me walking and continued to go in the opposite direction. So I said Hi you doing? While walking in the direction she was going. Ignored me. So Im thinking Maybe she didnt hear me, it is kinda loud in here. So I walked where she was at again, and said excuse me. She ignored me again and walked away from the bar as if I wasnt there delivering 2 packages for the business. I dont know what her name was because again, she ignored me and didnt sign for the package. This happened today , Thursday evening 24th around 2:30-2:40 PM. All I needed was a signature for a package, the rude, unprofessionalism and racism I can do without. Its 2023 , Im still shocked that people still act this way because of skin color

Stove and Tap is a nice looking restaurant. The staff is good. The menu is not tempting, and neither was the bar; although they have some unique beers available. I noticed they have several specials. I will definitely return to try a few. Parking: In addition to the metered parking on the street, I think there is a parking lot a block or two away.
