These guys are great! Needed a part on a Saturday morning and (unlike some other local supply houses) Johnstone Supply was open. Mark B (working the counter) went above and beyond to help this DIYer!

I went to a competitive store and with no problem thay quoted me a price on a boiler and if they had 1 I would have brought it home that moment! They didn't have any so I went to Johnstone supply and they wouldn't sell me one! Because I wasn't a licensed plummer and didn't have account with them! Guess my 2100.00 dollars wasn't good enough for them! So I bought it on Jefferson Blvd no problem! Your lose!

Absolutely the most terrible customer service, called 3 times today spoke to Jose and Partrick. Jose had no clue, waited 2 hours for Patrick to call back, he never did. They should immediately take down the messages while your waiting on hold praising how great they are. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went to John F.White Steve had my part and was resolved in 30 minutes. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH JOHNSTONE SUPPLY, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
