I'm sorry you feel that way Mr. Lovett. Your request to fix the broken screen of your laptop that was being used in your criminal case was not something I felt comfortable with. I offered to move all the data to an external drive for you. After doing the diagnosis, making recommendations and trying to work with you in some way, you took the laptop back and I didn't charge you a cent. I gave you prices to fix the screen initially, which were based on availability and even provided quotes from parts brokers you provided to me. If you had been up front and told me the laptop was needed in court for your case, I would have declined service immediately. But that news did not come out until a day or so later. I stand by every decision I make and I always do everything I can for my customers. I'm sorry if you feel I let you down in some way, but a bad review when I spent 2 days tracking down parts for you, providing viable options and then not charging you at all would tend to fall on the harsh side. Everyone, however, is entitled to their opinion.
