        I recently attended a retreat with Hustle and Heart that was completely out of my comfort zone. Well, I not only had the time of my life, but left a better person for both my career and my family. Katie put together events that were not like any others I had ever attended but each one helped me grow as a person in some way. Julia was outstanding and always made sure that all of the information from the trip was communicated well while ensuring that ALL attendees were included. This helped create a bonding experience among the wide variety of professionals. I'm confident that this experience will remain unforgettable as well as the bonds formed with complete strangers that are now considered friends. I recommend The Art of Hustle and Heart to any professional or entity that truly cares about professional success through personal growth.

        The 2022 Hustle & Heart CostaRica Wellness Retreat was ahhh-mazing!! Such a stunning place in the Costa Rican mountains! The other retreat participants were so much fun. The food, yoga and spa were outstanding! Just the relaxing and resetting time I needed.
