You people on the PSC need to resign and let new ones work to protect us citizens rather than cozying up to the big utilities and the greedy interests. If you don’t resign, we’re coming for you politically and it may not be a pretty process for you personally.

I’ve called the transportation division on several occasions trying to get information pertaining to a potential business. The questions I had simply could not be answered with the information on the website. I had gotten conflicting information from various regulatory agencies about the necessary PSC Certificate I would need. Each time I spoke with a woman from this department whom was very rude and tactless. My intentions were only to try and sort out what I needed to do and it was as if she was irritated with having to speak to me. I hate to leave a negative review because many of the other customer service personnel were very helpful and courteous. However, I felt the need to leave a review as very rarely do I encounter such horrible customer service.
