You could not ask for a more committed person to work with that has such a great understanding of what a customer is looking for in their home. Gene was great about keeping us informed on our house building process and was quick to address any questions or concerns we had in understanding housing issues during covid and knowing who was best to reach out to for funding. He exceeded my expectations in a realtor. He was always looking out for us as his customer. He is willing to go the extra mile and is an outstanding, and trustworthy individual always putting his customer first. He is such a genuine and caring person. I recently purchased a home in this area while living in North Carolina. I have bought and sold many homes in my lifetime but by far this purchase has been the smoothest, most professional venture.
