Just got off the phone with an associate that was shockingly disrespectful to me. I think her name is Brittany? Very short and rude and made me feel uncomfortable with her tone. Trying to get my account canceled and the remaining balance transferred. She made sure to make it seem like that was a unrealistic request. No compassion for someone who works hard out of state. You need to come into the branch your not the authorized user! Ok thank you for explaining me how things work in a mean way. Which is your job. I dont work at a bank I dont know how things work. Its not what you say its how you say it. I didnt choose your job for you. Its customer service. Were all tired but no need to reflect your negative emotions on other people.

The teller Paige was great. She was very polite. Help me understand what account I was going to be able to get. She took her time and didnt rush me. She was awesome.

Ana was friendly, polite and courteous. She handled opening my account swiftly and efficiently, all while informing me about important information regarding my new account. I was quite impressed by both her professionalism as well as her ability to make me feel at ease with the process.
