Beware, they dont pay for accidental damage to your car!!! Use this car wash at your own risk!!! Took my 2004 PT Cruiser here for a car wash. Ive taken my car here previously. This time at the end of the wash a roller came down and ripped off my left hand side view mirror. I reported the damage, an employee took photos and said come back tomorrow to speak to the manager. I did and manager said corporate is not responsible for damage to cars and they would cover only half of the cost of repairing my mirror. This is very poor customer service!!! Turned out being a very expensive car wash for me. I wont be going back.

be aware if you have a car thats older than 5 years ,because i have a 2011 lincoln navigator and their car wash completly b;ew out .my tail light, when ask if they would help to to pay they said no they are not responsible, so beware when washing your car, we were taught a very good lesson, Marvin Newton

First visit, very impressive young crew working. Clean facility. I am sure we will be buying a membership the next time. Reese was very helpful and polite as well as the others.

Scrubby's is a automated car wash and is a great car wash system, no long lines. You are in and out in no time, also it's a club that you join for a monthly fee and get unlimited washes, all I do is pull up the system recognize your license plate the gate raise and you go through, you are guided into the bay, you put your car in neutral foot off the brake and the rest is automatic, at the end of the wash the light turns green you pull out go to a spot where you have towels, glass cleaner, and tire shine, when you are finished you have nice clean car that looks good and with the pollen as heavy as it is you have to go back every couple of days, that's why it pays to join Scrubbys or other wise you have to pay every time you need to wash your car.
