Would not recommend this company. Flashback to May 2020. Had a new water well drilled and randy installed all new components(pump, pressure tank and switch and ran all new lines to the house. Well, they didn't cut the existing line from my other well and my new well pump backflushed into the old well Forward to October 19th 2023. My 3 1/2 year old pressure tank failed(bladder inside tank) after another company came out and checked my new water filter I had installed last year. Called randy and asked about a warrenty. Said most companies only give 1 year. Bull!!!. I looked up the warrenty online and it said 5 years but since he was nice enough never to have given me a reciept. I'm out of the warrenty and now ill be paying out of pocket for the new tank. So he 1st gave me a quote of $1500 and something(cant remember the exact number over the phone without even being to my house.. so then he proceeded out to my house and checked the tank. Calls me back. Yep. Its waterlogged and said he is going to replace it today. I was like for how much. He then raised the price up to over $1600 bucks. I was like no. I already have a quote for $1483 from the company that checked my filter. He then proceeded to say there will be a $200 service fee that he NOT once had disclosed of for going out to my house. If he would have mentioned $200 I would have said no. At least give me the choice yes or no. Sad thing is he told me he was cutting me a break . I will not recommend this company anymore. Disappointed in Randy. I thought he was a stand-up country guy. He also said it would take him 20 minutes to do the tank swap. Lowes has a pressure tank for $534+tax. So $1000 alone just for labor and 20 minutes. Sounds like a real stand up guy.

They came out after hours to evaluate our failed well pump. Our ancient well was aggravating and required a lot of work-arounds, but we have a medically fragile baby at home, and he was adamant that he would get us water as soon as possible. He and his team were there first thing in the morning, and wouldn't give up despite a very tricky well setup. We are so grateful to Lee's Well Drilling for giving us a fair price and prompt, thoughtful service and will happily recommend his services to family and friends. Service: Pump repairs & installation
