Wow I wish I read through these reviews before shopping here for car insurance , Michelle made it seem everything was ok she told me how much my insurance would be monthly despite of turning in extra documents for a discount my insurance jumped from $360 something to $538 all without a explanation everytime I called the office shes busy I email her and dont get a response until weeks later this is very very unprofessional oh please I was told Ill get a gift card through the mail as well and never received it. (And let me say I turned in all documents that was needed to be turned in as well) I will be insurance shopping elsewhere thank you but no thank you).
