Have had nothing but probablems, in 6 months of a year lease we have had to pay for alternative housing & our monthly rent for 2 of the months. Our insurance has had to cover for the water damage, but insurance company's don't cover for item losses do to inconsiderate landlord who doesn't care about tenets property or there health. We were all sick for almost 2 months after we moved back in do to the stuff in the air & all over our belongings that we had salvaged from the whole thing.
