I couldn't post this review on their website - comments blocked (which is probably why everything posted there is 5 stars:) I have been using this ultrasound machine (black "Pro" version) for my patellar tendinopathy. It helps, not as significantly as LLLT (Willow Curve), but the mechanism is different, so I use them both. I found this combination works the best: witch hazel (high quality), then aloe vera gel (from Lily of the Desert) and then ultrasound (I spray it with any vitamin facial mist from TJMaxx every couple minutes since it dries up and doesn't glide well), and then Willow Curve on mode 2, then mode 5. I do all this while watching TV before sleep, then I tape 2 Nikken "power chip" magnets under the knee cap overnight. I wake up and it feels great! BTW, anybody here who is trying to heal an injury should take at least 2 tbsp of mixed collagen peptides, bone broth powder and gelatin mixed in room temp water on empty stomach in the morning, and wait 20-30 to eat breakfast (believe it or not products from pig work best since their DNA is more similar to ours:). The only reason I gave this ultrasound 4 stars is because customer service Melinda was not very nice when I called about a shipping issue. It is part of the job to be nice, understanding, and genuinely willing to help, and people who don't have these qualities should not do these jobs. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase and will continue to use this device. Thank you.
