Have been a customer for several years and Charlie and his wife are wonderful people to work with. Both are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend to anyone looking for professional repairs.

Does not answer phone. Misses appointments. Inaccurate opening closing time. Cant verify quality of their work since they said they would come get my mower and then didn't show up. Find someplace else would be my recommendation. These folks are very unresponsive.

This guy is the WORST. He said we need a new carburetor for our DR. We paid him 265 dollars. We dropped off the DR in late May. A month later he still didnt work on it yet. He said he put in the carburetor and it still need work and the part was on order. We came back 2 weeks later like he said. He never worked on it yet. He said he needed money for the part he ordered. It was the thing that rewinds the cord when you pull it. We paid him for that. 2 weeks later we came back. He wasnt in. We came back a few days later he still wasnt in. We came back the next day he was still closed. We dont live in Rapid. This was getting ridiculous. Finally we caught up with him the next week. He wanted $350 for his time. Plus more money for parts. We paid and left I get it home and it wont start. I took it to my father in law. He looked at it and said it needed a new carburetor. We told him what we paid for it. And what was done. He said we should call the police. Because nothing was done to the DR. Rapid City Police just laughed and said there is nothing they can do. DONT GO TO THIS GUY.
