We ordered some crucial parts this week to get our older machine back up and running. Despite the holidays creeping up, and lots of orders being placed/going out, the good folks at El Diablo got our order shipped same day! Five stars. KC and Mike were very helpful with recommending and getting me parts to get my older El Diablo up and running. Pricing for the parts I needed was very reasonable as well. These are no doubt some of the best machines that provide great overall performance, and ease of maintenance/service. My next machine purchased will be another El Diablo.

I've been in the carpet & furniture cleaning industry for 40 years always HWE. It began with a portable drag tool that was hooked up to the customers sink using their hot water. I've since had 3 different slide-ins and 3 CDS units. The El Diablo is a very good good machine that delivers great PSI, Vacuum and plenty of Heat. It is also easy to operate. The distributor has been in the field cleaing and sets the van up wonderfully. I recommend having the unit and fresh water tank over the rear axle and vacuum hose real out the side door.
