They went above and beyond what any other company would've done for me in my time of need. Jake was incredibly helpful and courteous and came out a few times himself to make sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely recommend and use them again. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They were to roof, side & new gutter my house. July 15 2020, what was promised in person and in writing to be finished in 3 weeks wasnt done for 8 months Feb 2021. I had to pay months of extra mortgage because of their lies. Tons of apologies about their lack of communication and unprofessionalism. Cant get ahold of anyone or get a phone call returned. Their reviews are stacked with their family, friends and employees comments. Angela was very rude. Jake was very nice (lies) and helpful until I paid half down, then he disappeared. Matt apparently quit and I was pushed off to Matt, whom also is a very good talker. They say theyre A+ accredited with the BBB, but they are not accredited at all according to the BBB website. Terrible customer service. Others whom I have talked to in this area have had the same response. This company put my through a lot of hell but it does not matter to them. They get paid from insurance, so we are just another number to them. May 2021, I still havent received warranty details.
