Beautiful building good place for kids elevators so nice I just can't say more you have to see it for yourself or any other properties

I have been living in this building for one week and so far I feel pretty happy. Ben Shay, the manager, is really profesional; since I started to fill my application, until now, he have been really nice and helpful. I reported minors things to "fix" in the apartment and he sent the maintenance guys pretty soon; they also did a pretty good job. The building is clean and the apartments are pretty nice. I definitely recommend this place. Thanks for your help and great job Ben!

Ive been living at Midtown Heights for approximately three years and by far the best manager here is Ben Shay.he is very thorough and forthcoming with all information due to tenants and hes always there when it comes to making the best decisions,regarding all tenants.He has been instrumental in removing people that abide by the rules and those who dont he manages fairly and just. I think that he is probably one of the best managers, Midtown heights has had by far sincerely M.Paul Skaff
