Dr. Courtney Moose is Amazing!!! Been my family's doctor since 2012. She listens to YOU. Her staff is caring and always helpful in every way. I recommend her whenever someone ask my opinion on family doctors.

First ultrasound of our baby has the wrong patient name on it (my mothers name, actually); provider obtained a specific testing against my consent (I verbally stated clearly I do not want that taken 2x and it was taken anyway); advise given was very dismissive and contradictory to specialist providers I am under the care of. Upon check-in, we were informed the provider was 15-20 minutes behind and we then waited for approx. 50 minutes. I cannot fathom doing that to my own patients or why our time is so invaluable (I also am a healthcare provider and also have clients of my own.). Despite this, I understand things happen, but it doesnt do any good to be notified once you drive across town and check-in. Grant your customers some courtesy and respect (i.e. call ahead of time and tell us we can come 30 minutes later, so we can save the extra PTO) or you wont have them anymore. Update: their response was to inform me they also ran ADDITIONAL testing I was not informed of and did not consent to (as our insurance coverage is awful) and that they hadnt even yet run the test I did ask for (one of 2 main intents of the visit). Lastly, they didnt seem too apologetic for the name mistake as they said its an easy mistake to make.

Dr Boos and her nurse are both so pleasant and personable. They take time to answer all my questions. Receptionist was very professional. Scheduler was on top of her game! X-ray tech was gentle and kind. I give everyone an A+ today!
