I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone that wants to rent their home. This company is not only HORRIBLE, they are totally unprofessional. They charge outrageous prices for EVERYTHING.
Stay away from this company!
I made the mistake of using this company to rent my home. The person they rented my house to did a lot of damage from the moment she started to rent my house and they did NOTHING to rectify anything.
They ended up giving her 100% of her deposit back and left ME to do the repairs out of MY pocket.
!!!!BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND USE GOOD JUDGEMENT WHEN CHOOSING A PROPERTY MANAGER!!!!
Everything is in their favor and you get nothing. And the worst part of my personal experience was Kenisha Martin was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!
