    My experience with Carlock has been outstanding. My vehicle is an 08 Maserati Quattroporte Sport GT that I love dearly, but is apparently a delicate Italian flower which requires specific attention from time to time in order to keep it working perfectly. My advisor, Jon Stainton James, has been knowledgeable and more than professional, seems to know my car inside and out, and always has a positive, outgoing demeanor. I believe Adam Long is who has been doing the work on the car, which has so far been bulletproof. As an organization, Carlock Motorcars has gone over and beyond what I could reasonably expect from a dealership, and all for a car that I didnt even purchase there. Attention to detail has been outstanding, and the advice Ive received on my car has been spot on very highly recommended in my opinion. I cant speak for everyone here, obviously, but I suspect that any complaints / bad reviews are likely the result of a miscommunication, as opposed to any sort of company policy or dearth in service. These people love cars, and theyre good people, and it shows.

    I purchased a 2020 Acura RDX with 18K miles on June 16th from Carlock Motors on Mallory Blvd in Brentwood. We absolutely love the vehicle, but beware of the dealership. We were told the oil had been changed and vehicle had been been through their rigid multi-point inspection. Three days later the change oil soon (10% life remaining) light came on. Two days after that I used the windshield washer (for the first time) and it was bone dry. The salesman (from their Volvo group) assured me the work had been completed. I asked for a copy of the service report and all that had been done was a pre-delivery machine wash. To further complicate matters I had not received our Tennessee plates prior to the first temporary tag expiring. After further questioning it was discovered their accounting misplaced the emission testing certificate and it was going nowhere. I then personally drove the vehicle to the state emission testing center, got a second test and certificate, and hand delivered it to the dealership. Here we are August 18th, on my third temporary tag, and a promise the plates will be delivered to me.
