I received a call this morning from CCC but when I answered, a video I was watching continued playing in the background so I said Im sorry once second. I paused the video and tried to apologize again and ask her to repeat what she just said. Before I could finish my sentence, she was incredibly rude and yelled at me. I was stunned. I admit I responded out of my character but I have never been treated like this by a place of business in my life. I tried to get the girls name who was incredibly rude to me and was transferred to Joy the office manager who was equally rude and told me there was someone there when it happened and she couldnt hear you. So when I couldnt hear her, I apologized and asked her to repeat herself. When she couldnt hear me, she yelled at me. How is that acceptable? Joy then states she doesnt want to argue anymore. Ive noticed a change recently and reading these reviews, I see Im not the only one. This seems to be a recurring theme. I dont seem to have an issue with our provider, her nurse or MAs helping room pts. I always have a good experience with them. It seems to be more of the front office personnel demonstrating the bad behavior. I wish the best to our provider, her nurse and MAs that have treated my daughter since birth and more recently my stepson as well. But unfortunately after 10 years of business with CCC, I will not be returning or recommending CCC to anyone.

My daughter called here to try to get my grandchild in for a sick visit. The front desk person that answered the phone was completely rude to her from the beginning and did not offer to get him in. Told her she needed to get a reference number from her insurance company. The have bcbs through the railroad that doesn't not need a referral or anything. They took over Dr. Erinle's practice unfortunately. This office will never be able to achieve the excellence of Dr. Erinle or his staff. It's sad that this is what his patients are left with. I'm not sure if the physicians are decent but their front desk is horrible and leaves a horrible impression and has no business working in a pediatric office. She called back with a reference number and never could get anyone to answer the phone. She ended up taking him to T.C Thompsons to get treatment. Sadly disappointing. They need to get rid of their front desk and start with someone new that is compassionate enough to work in a pediatric office.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE! Do yourself a favor and find a better place to take your children. I have never had such an awful experience with a children's clinic ever but I guess there is always a first for every thing. Asia (front desk/receptionist) was incredibly rude, condescending, and lacked in basic knowledge of medical insurance billing. She refused my children service despite their coverage and assignment to this clinic and was unhelpful and ill-mannered throughout our whole conversation. Their office manager Joy, never takes a call and will not return calls either, and to her benefit her voicemail box is full and does not take new messages. I did not have any experience with the providers here but if they are anything like the staff they keep I am fortunate to have not had my children seen by them. If you care about the quality of care your children receive I would suggest avoiding this facility at all costs. I will also be reporting them to the state of Tennessee and BlueCare.
