Worst UPS store experience EVER. The staff consisted of an adult woman (Sandra) who was nice and three completely immature high school guys. When I walked in, the three children were laughing and cutting up very loudly, continuing to do so as more customers entered the store. They seemed to relish having a bigger audience. Sandra was helping someone but the rest ignored me and the woman in front of me. As the line became longer, one guy announced to the group I would come out there, but the tablet is dead. Well, instead of goofing off and acting like youre hanging out at a friends house, why not attend to your job and make sure the tablet is charged? The guys were so loud and obnoxious, I could barely hear Sandra. This is no way to run a business. The responsibility lies with the owner and management because they are either so uninvolved as to be oblivious, or they just dont care. My experiences with this store have always been disappointing (in fairness, most UPS stores have indifferent employees), but todays experience takes the cake.
