Every sense I've done business with Mr. Paul Parsels with my home&auto insurance I can say the communication is excellent with him. I was trying to retrieve some important information about my policy however, trying to work being on a 15min break clearly is not enough time. He wasn't even in the office that day I really needed help he went above&beyond by going the extra mile to make sure what was being requested was sent to the other party on my behalf. He truly showed he was concern&cared about me as a customer. I have also read the negative reviews which I do understand. I feel that Mr. Parsels handling my policies I'm in very good hands. I do highly recommend him as the best person to do business with he really saved the day for me when I needed him the most. Grateful

Paul provided a great experience start to finish. I switched my home/auto/boat and ATV polices over and saved quite a bit. He was able to answer all my questions as well as made time to understand what I needed in terms of coverage. I have no hesitation in recommending him for any insurance needs.
