Ive worked in the lending business before and can attest to their efficiency in the process. David provided pre-approval within minutes of the request and once a property was finally under contract, the loan process was only slowed by factors outside of their control (HOA delays). With that being said, their attention to maintaining constant communication with updates and progress reports is unmatched. 10/10 will return for future needs.
