Be aware that when a member opens up am additional account through the mobile app, the institution will put the account on paper statement mode and then charge you $2. Even if the other share accounts show e-statement, it will still charge and you have to have an employye fix it. Don't bother using the message feature. They wont help but just dismiss it as the customer not selecting the right option You have to speak to someone about it.

So I have been trying to get an auto/personal loan with them for about a month now. They accepted my application for $15000 for an auto loan but DECLINED my application for a $5000 personal loan. I know its not the physical banks fault but it doesnt make sense. Despite all this, that is not the reason I am writing this review. Im writing to say that they have terrible customer service. I have called them about 15-20 times within this past month and you know how many times they answered? Not once, I called corporate several times to get their personal number and they never picked up the phone after all those attempts. Also I went in three separate occasions to apply and figure out how to get a loan bc I am new to this and they have me such limited information each time. I asked questions and they went about them like they had no idea what they were talking about. The last time I went, the lady was nicer for sure. But the others werent great. Id recommend going anywhere else.
