Really disappointed with the way the staff acted towards us. They profiled us constantly. I understand being in a city like Memphis and being worried about security and safety, but we did absolutely nothing but walk in and out of our hotel and get profiled every time. It felt uncomfortable being there. Security knocked on only our door at 1am while we were ASLEEP to ask us if we were smoking weed in our hotel room. We werent. We both smoke cigarettes and we always went downstairs to the alley way near the hotel to smoke so we werent in the front entrance where the no smoking signs were. We were consciously making decisions like that to not upset the hotel staff, and instead they upset us by constantly watching us and incorrectly profiling us. May I add that not one other door got knocked on at 1am, just ours. If they smelled something on our floor or got a complaint from someone, then why didnt they check every room, not just ours? Hmm. Another time we walked in, and the front desk person suspiciously asked us what room we were in and then came up with an excuse as to why he was asking us saying I was just checking because someone had a problem with someone in a certain room number and I am looking for that person I questioned this because I was confused and he said that he didnt have the persons name so he was just asking everyone what their room number is to find the person. If you work at a front desk Im pretty certain if you look up the hotel room number you can find the persons name and contact info, but okay. Totally felt like he was skeptical if we were even guests at this hotel, though I had my key card in my hand as soon as we walked in the front door. Really unpleasant stay there. The room was nice, but the staff really upset me. It was a great location, but theres much better locations Ill be looking into next visit.

Had a great stay. Awesome location.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and parking is available in the garage located right next door for a fee.
