Although I did have to do a bit more leg-work than I anticipated to get my insurance review scheduled I was very satisfied with the thoroughness of the review and the staff's attentiveness to my concerns.

We have been with Burns insurance since moving to Nashville in 2006. They covered car insurance, renters insurance in our first apartment, and homeowners insurance as we bought our first house. As we grew, so did our insurance needs. Burns has been there for failed brakes, storm damage, and a pipe bursting and flooding our new home a week after purchase. I can't recommend Burns enough.

I called Allstate with a question about my liability for an automobile accident and Lisa W helped with getting the question answered. I had to be put on hold in order for her to call another party and told me she would place me on hold for no more than two minutes. If it was going to take longer she would call me back later. And she did exactly what she said. I always appreciate it when I'm treated as a valued customer and kept informed of what's going on during a call instead of waiting on hold for an indeterminate amount of time.
