        I worked with Michael Tidwell from Nashville Business Brokers to sell my landscaping company because me and my wife wanted to move our family to Florida. I cannot say enough good things about Michael. Our business was on the smaller side but at no point did I ever feel like I was less important than a larger company. Michael worked so hard to get our business sold and clearly communicated with us the entire time. I had never sold a business before so I had no idea what I was doing but Michael helped me understand the process so much better. Once the business was sold, the Office at Nashville Business Brokers worked quickly to secure the funds and kept me updated the entire time. I would/will recommend Nashville Business Brokers and Michael to anyone who is selling a business.

        We came to Nashville Business Brokers after a less-than-desirable experience with another broker. I told Patrick on our first phone call that the main thing we wanted was communication. He chuckled and said most of his clients think he over communicates! We had our business listed with this brokerage for about 1 year, and I can truly say that not a day went by that I didn't know the status. Patrick did a phenomenal job of keeping us in the loop when necessary, and weeding out buyers that weren't serious. Our business was so unique that we knew it would take a while to get the right buyer, and after 6 or 7 conversations with interested buyers, we finally found the PERFECT fit. Patrick facilitated the sale beautifully, from the initial contact, to negotiations (this was our first time selling a business and we had no idea how much there was to this process!), to closing, and even post-close proceedings. I have pretty high expectations when it comes to service, and Nashville Business Brokers met and exceeded them! If you are looking to buy or sell a business, I would definitely recommend giving them a call!
