        Cannot get anyone on the phone, 4 days I've been calling... Multiple times a day, leaving detailed messages and hearing nothing back!? For clarification, I am an orthodontist patient, I have braces on and cannot get anyone on the phone to set an appointment.

        Our visit was just pictures and braces planning. Although they did snip a wire off that had a broken brace on it. So from the short time we were there. They were very nice and seemed medically knowledgeable. I will post another review after I get the results from my insurance and financial plan.

        The front desk was pleasant. However, they didnt let me go to the back with my child so I dont know how the ortho service was. I didnt like that.
