EBA Automotive Repair

EBA has been the best experience for me and our family. We take our cars and 2 kids cars there for regular maintenance and service needs. The office is very clean and the employees very professional and communicative. EBA will send a quote that I can accept or deny online and always call for any questions. Their prices are comparable to other big name mechanics if not under most of the time and work has been quality. So thankful to have them for easy, painless and dependable work every time!

They go out of their way to treat you fairly. My repair was due to an open recall. They did a temporary "repair" to get me to the dealer safely with all the appropriate documentation.

I had an oil change and they were very thorough in evaluating my 2011 Ford expeditions overall health. Their price was fair and they were very prompt with my appointment. They were able to tell me a number of things that I needed to take care of and gave me prices for each thing. I chose this shop based on customer ratings and I was not disappointed. They lived up to the expectations based on others reviews.

Needed rear brakes done on our 2016 Mazda CX-5 and after a quote from another shop being higher than I would have though I figured I would contact EBA Auto as they are nearby. Price was more competitive, explanation was great, Jose was professional and courteous, and our experience overall was fantastic. Will definitely use EBA again! These guys work for your money. They are honest and straight shooters. This last visit I needed breaks and asked and plugs. My breakers became an issue. The parts listed for them did not fit. They told me I would probably have to go to OEM parts $$$$. I voiced concerns about the cost. So instead they manually measured all the parts that came off my vehicle and searched to find parts that would fit. My breaks work great. They did not change me for the extra time it took or their increased materials cost, stating it was not if my doing. As for my plugs my 2020 vehicle has 93,000 miles on it. After discussing how much I will, or in this case wont be driving in the next 6 months, unlike last year. They suggested I hold off and not lose 3-6 months and 7,000 miles from my current plugs. They could have just said okay and taken my money. I highly recommend EBA. Service: Auto brake repair
