Fitness Connection

I signed up for a 5-day trial membership as I was new to the area trying to find a gym that fit my needs. I go in there at 6:00 in the morning and show the young lady my email saying I have the pass and would like to activate it. Well she tells me that I have to come back at 8:00 because she cannot activate it before then. I told her well the email does not specify that. I will be at work at 8:00 like most people. I then said, okay if I come back after 8:00 and activate it. Can I come in about 6:00 for the next few days. She says no I have to come in after 8:00. This was a major inconvenience and very misleading per the email I received from fitness connection. She then proceed to tell me that I can get a day pass. I ask her how much that was and she told me an astronomical amount of money for an hour of workout $20. I found that funny because the FC have monthly memberships for $10. I feel like this club is ran by a very greedy people because I know that $20 for a day pass is absolutely ridiculous. Fitness connection. You just lost a possible long time customer.

There is a variety of workouts. The instructors are top notch. The staff is friendly, pleasant and professional. The facility is clean and organized. I highly recommend it.
