Apartments are not well maintained and they will put you in collections even for recorded maintenance requests that they never fixed.

Great community and great staff. Joe went above and beyond to make us feel at home and the move in process was great. Local restaurants and shops make this a great location to live. We are excited to be living in Austin again after so many years and are so happy we found Whisper Hollow!

After talking to a friend that used to live here i decided not to move here. I was told that there was mold in the unit she lived in, and the office could of cared less about it. My friend developed health problems because of the mold. I also called before i found out about the mold but could never get ahold of anyone

I lived here for years now .. I have watched new and old residents come and go.... and so sad that office Management can not address issues... Within our community about our neighbors... It is about almost 3 am o'clock in the morning and my neighbors and making all kinds of noise and it's frustrating I work.... I pay rent . And I want to live peacefully.. I cant ..... To management once again I ask you to address the people with their noise and it seems like it's not being tain't care People were drinking on the parking lot in having louder music
