Bad attitude receptionist. Apparently they're so busy they take literal 10 minute quotes on appointment only and don't have any advisers for a month. Might as well just put a sign up saying we're not taking new business.

The people were friendly and kind although it took months to get my car fixed. When I got it back, my plates weren't even put on and I had to ask where they were. The mechanic told me they were in the trunk and I had to ask twice to get them put back on. Obviously I can't drive with my plates off. Now I'm finding things missing from my car. Today I wanted to refill my washer fluid reservoir and lo and behold, the reservoir is just gone. I don't find these things until later, especially when the business is closed. As much as I want to be nice and not blow my top, I'm not happy about the lack of attention to detail. I'm no car expert so I'm afraid of finding out about anything else missing or whatever they forgot to put back. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Battery, Painting
