        Not a good experience, today the office EXPLODED. Firefighters were everywhere. Hopefully it wasnt due to gas canisters being stored improperly

        After 80 years, I have found a dentist whom I enjoy seeing. Dr. Kathleen McNeil at Aspire is just perfect. She's your high school sweetheart. And she helps keep costs down by waiting until you actually need a procedure. Her staff is great also. I am looking forward to seeing her tomorrow.

        Like most people, I loathe going to the dentist. I rate it just below bamboo shoots under my nails and waterboarding. But the staff at Aspire are nicest people I've dealt with at any business, let alone a dentist. I had to go two days in a row due to a dental emergency, and they treated me like family. Very warm and welcoming; they actually remember your name and greet you like a friend. They really made what is normally a miserable experience, a lot of fun. They also have an amazing massage chair which makes waiting for a dentist 1000% better. I nearly fell asleep. I am a former customer service manager at a fortune 500 company, and these girls are the epitome of the highest levels of service.

        Loved the entire team here! Lived in Austin for two years and they took excellent care of me and my smile. I also did Invisalign with them as well and by the time my wedding came around, my smile was the best its been in years! Cannot say enough good things as well as if you havent gone to the dentist in a while and are hesitant, go here first and theyll take amazing care of you!

      Sadly, there was an electrical fire that affected many businesses at our location. There was no negligence on anyone's behalf, just an unfortunate situation. We are happy that no one was injured and we look forward to seeing all of our amazing patients again very soon.
