Dr. Was flexible and took care of a loose crown for a family member immediately during a walk in. The crown was done somewhere else but this Dr. solved our emergent problem. Pricing after insurance was very reasonable. Fair and honest service!

I recently had some teeth removed and had some implants installed. Dr. Shah is amazing at his job, he took care of me and explained in detail about my process. The process went smoothly and in a timely manner. I recommend that anyone needing treatment come see this office. The crew here are friendly and will take care of you in a professional manner.

A few days ago .We spent a few hours there I took my daughter.everyone was nice all the way up to the end.where a Indian ortho woman came in to look at my daughter cavities.and I had wore a traditional Indian outfit.and I am African American.she look at me in discomfort that I was wearing the outfit.and later she says .Im just curious to where did you get that from.when I told her it was a gift she just look and said no more words.not it was nice or nothing.she wanted to let me know that I should not be wearing it .because Im not of her culture.very much discrimination.she ask me as if she was curious because I guess me as a colored woman .she was very Curious to know why I was wearing .and how did I get it .she wasnt asking me the store.and she thought about the way to ask without the assistant knowing she was being down out rude

This place is awful, all around. You have to call and automated system to get an appointment because its impossible for the actual clinic to answer the phone. Once I got to my appointment, the receptionist said the system was down and had to wait 45 minutes in the lobby to be seen. Then waited 25 minutes in the dentist chair for the dentist to finally arrive, who really couldnt care less about you. I wanted a cleaning done and was told they didnt have time for that. Youre simply another number to this place and they dont care about you. My next appointment was scheduled by the receptionist at the wrong time I requested. When I called, you keep on getting transferred to the general 24 hour line, who has no way to get in touch with the clinic. Their only job is for scheduling, but they will keep transferring you back, only to be on hold at the clinic, and then transferred to general line again. I also requested my X-rays over 2 weeks ago by email and havent received a response back. Spend your time and $ elsewhere, they really dont care about your experience here, and it shows.
