        Just wow from the very first phone call. My sweet boy was having some belly issues and Paula was so kind and patient with me. They got me in the very next day and all the ladies up front, Collin, I believe that was his name, and Dr Lott were all so wonderful. They made Mario feel like a superstar and he was very happy there, even though he was nervous! We found our new vet home and look forward to a long lasting relationship!

        All the staff members are friendly and very attentive to Carmelita and her hesitancy to be at the vet. The vet, Dr Lott, explained everything that was being done and why. I am so glad we found Austin Vet Hospital 6 years ago. We have been happy with all of our experience with these vet office
