Unfortunately, I regretted my choice by the second week after moving in and I’m counting down the few days I have left with great relief. The bug and insect infestation alone is reason enough to stay away. Pay close attention to cleanliness during your tour and walk/drive around the gated parking area. Drop by to speak or visit with residents sitting or strolling around the front areas if you want to learn about this place. Good luck with your search!

The Reserve at North Dallas does everything right. From the second you walk in the door you are welcomed with friendly smiles and happy residents. Every family I meet with whose loved ones have lived there have nothing but wonderful things to say about their experience there. I work in the industry and every community should strive to provide the care and customer service that the Reserve does. Your loved ones would be lucky to live in such a great place!

I was evicted for rodents and bedbugs they refused to abate.Nonstop complaints of theft And pleas to get cameras went to deaf ears. It was elder abuse. It seemed every staff member(whatever level) Had access to everyone's room.All cleaning, Maintenance personnel initionally had walkie- Talkies.?
