Superior HealthPlan

I am new to this place & I already don't like their services.First off, it's WAY TOO COMPLICATED in getting in contact with these people.THEY ARE NOT ORGANIZED....They call you from different numbers & a lot of the numbers hasn't been set-up for voice-mail( RETURNED CALLS.)I hate their services & I haven't gotten started yet.I do not like waiting an hour just to be transfered to the wrong department.WHO DOES THAT?They have a million phone numbers & nobody answers them.We may luck up & get intouch with somebody who really cares; but that's only luck...A lot of those extensions simply doesn't work & very out-dated...Superior Health is relying on AI to answer incoming calls inorder to hide from us...They want your money but don't want to be bothered with incoming calls.They asked me to do a survey & I haven't gotten in their system good.They don't want me to do a survey because Iam going to tell the truth...As far as Iam concerned Superior Health is not a good choice.They call us & if we miss their calls & we TRY to call back meaning we can't get through. Iam not a happy camper...

I cannot say enough good things about Superior-particularly our regional super hero Laurel who cares so much for participants that her passion and enthusiasm for your wonderful plan is contagious. Many providers in our area happily care for Superior patients-UT Health East Texas is the best!

worthless insurance that nobody accepts and that has caused me great physical harm. this insurance is torture and doesnt do anything to help.
