Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas by the Galleria

Lulu, the front service manger, is a rude person who lacks basic customer service skills. In addition, the hotel has an abundance of trash surrounding it and the rooms are only halfway cleaned. My friends room had a plethora of plumbing issues and the hotel attendants/managers refused to move her to another room. She didnt ask for anything except to be moved and they absolutely refused to do so. I wouldnt advise anyone to stay here.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Residence Inn Galleria. The hotel shares a building with the AC Hotel and its obvious that most of the focus is on AC Hotel. No one was ever at the Residence Inn front desk and I had to check in and do everything else on the AC side. With that said, I did appreciate easy access to the restaurant and bar on that side. My room was nice and clean and I had no didnt have any problems during my stay. Theres an attached parking garage with a daily fee (less than $30/day I believe). The hotel is close to the Galleria mall, plenty of restaurants, and provides easy access to downtown Dallas.

AC hotel and Residences Inn are 2 hotels together. Residences inn - free breakfast but very basic. No waffles AC hotel- $19 for breakfast looks basic to me. Hotel is quite and clean. Everyday housekeeping. 7 min walk to the galleria mall. Thermostat heater did not work. Room was toooo cold for me.

Nice hotel NOT 5 stars. Good rooms. Nice and spacious lobby. Good gym. Location near Galeras Mall Rooms: Beautiful spacious comfortable

Had a fantastic stay here for a week. The room was clean and well furnished, the housekeeping top notch, the breakfast and bar delightful, and the front desk staff especially Victor were friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again and missed it when leaving!
