Southern Painting - North Dallas/Richardson

They are not a reliable and trutworthy company. The job they did at my house wasn't done professionally. JJ the manager of the company assured me the warranty that will help if I see any concerning areas. Calling them for almost a year to fix the problem under the warranty which never happened. I am so annoyed that I wasted a thousand of dollars in this project. Y the warranty. The manager never called, I am just very concerned about this at the money I paid for all this went into wast.

Southern Painting exceeded our expectations in every way. Easy to communicate with. Project was started and completed as scheduled. Painters were polite, professional, and tidy. Even our neighbors commented on how quickly and efficiently the project was completed. Excellent quality of work. I would definitely recommend the company and we will use them again. First off I don't think they're a real painting company. When you call it goes to a call center who takes all your information and then they transfer you to a scheduling desk who looks to see if they have contractors in your area. Despite website saying they service my city I was told they don't so I wasted an hour of my time.

They repainted the exterior of our house and did an amazing job! Very professional from becoming to end and very reasonably priced. JJ was in constant communication and very responsive. Their process is thorough and their hard work shows! On the last day they completely cleaned up and replaced everything they had moved, leaving us with the best looking house on the block. We would highly recommend them! (pictures are before & after)
